10+Yrs exp with L3 certification mandatory.
- Appian L3 certified
- Design, architect and provide work leadership to entire team
- Proficiency of working on various Appian components i.e. SAIL, Process Model, Records, Reports, Rules, Security, and Web APIs
- Work with participating teams to support any integration, administration requirements in Appian.
- Identifies potential solutions, including the benefit of each option.
- Approves technical solutions proposed by team members
- Elevates complex technical issues to Onsite Infosys team and client technology team.
- Resolves technical problems discovered by testers, Client team. Research issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Identifies tasks and issues that may have an impact on service levels or schedules.
- Identifies opportunities for continuous quality improvement of technical standards, methodologies, and technologies.
- Responsible for translating b/w current state and target state business processes
- Interact and work closely with client stake holders for understanding other modules and overall client landscape
- Identify implementation dependencies well in advance and ensure they are resolved in time
- Work with Client technology delivery team to establish and participate in process governance
- Review code and ensure quality product which is scalable and robust
- Should have worked on agile based projects. Co-ordinate with onshore/offshore, drive meetings leading the team
- Act as consultant to the Client Business and technology partners regarding best practices and capabilities on Appian tool
- Prior experience in financial services client will be a plus.
