Position: FullStack .net Developer
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Duration: 12 Months
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
The Consultant must meet all of the minimum qualifications:
Five (5) years of experience within the last eight (8) years developing scalable web applications, using a combination of the following languages, tools, and techniques: Microsoft .NET (C#), ASP.NET WebForms, and REST.
Five (5) years of experience within the last five (5) years developing scalable web applications using the following enterprise databases: Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server.
Five (5) years of experience within the last five (5) years developing scalable web applications, using a combination of the following front-end languages, tools and techniques: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years developing web applications using Git for source code version control.
Two (2) years of experience within the last three (3) years developing scalable web or mobile applications using ReactJS or React Native.
Candidates meeting these qualifications will be contacted for a face to face interview. During the interview process, the candidate’s communication skills will be assessed.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/TASKS
The Consultant shall work with Public Works employees. The Consultant shall perform the following tasks:
Perform full-stack development using the following languages, tools, and/or techniques: Microsoft .NET (C#), ASP.NET, WebForms, REST, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git, ReactJS, React Native.
Provide direction, advice, and recommendations on web application architectures, platforms, and tooling to develop the most effective and efficient web and mobile applications.
Implement both front-end and back-end web-based applications.
Gather requirements, design, wireframe, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance applications across the stack.
Conduct knowledge transfer/training and create documentation of implemented solutions and techniques.
