Be a hands on team lead who provides day to day support for KDB+ Database used by Global Markets business . Existing Team members are production support analyst with good KDB+ technical skills.
– Actively participate in incident and problem management in the production environment, as well as contributing to the improvement of the team and process
– Communicate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders
– Be responsible for the day to day support queries and work with other application support analysts based in London and Pune
– Participate in special events at weekends such as disaster recovery tests, change releases and infrastructure change weekends, or exchange-mandated market rehearsals
– Be responsible for Major Incident Management, Problem Management and Request Management for applications in your area
– Report on team performance and KPIs and develop recommendations and run with ad-hoc projects to improve quality of service
