Position: Middleware Admin (Tech Lead)
Work Location: Chennai RMZ
Duration: 6 – 12 Months
• Experience working in a 24×7 production support model with excellent troubleshooting skills.
Hands on exposure to UNIX, Middleware (Weblogic, etc) and Webservers
Experience in Application Monitoring tools, Incident management, managing crisis calls.
Strong customer focus and ability to manage client expectations.
Troubleshoot and resolution of complex problems within the infrastructure
Assess middleware fix packs, security patches and advice management of any impacts and remediation effort
Work on designing/implementing/automation procedures for deployment, configuration, patching and upgrading of systems and applications
Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end
• Responsible for taking a lead role in managing multiple support of various enterprise applications (24*7) ensuring application stability and business continuity
Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution.
Responsibilities also include root cause analysis, crisis management, client relationship management in partnership with Infrastructure Service Support and application team members
