Job Location –  Pune (first preference)

Job Description

·         Should be able to work with the service operations team to support Contact Centre activities of telecoms infrastructure.

·         Should be well versed with Contact centre technologies such as Genesys Primarily (or others like Cisco, Avaya, Nortel, Amazon Connect) and having knowledge of recording infrastructure like Verint / Nice will be an added advantage.

·         Is responsible for Supporting & Coordinating L2/L2.5 incidents and patching activities, follow testing procedures post completion of patching activities as additional responsibility
