Position: WCM Portal Consultant. .
Location: Canberra,Australia.
Duration: 12 months.
Job Description:
Mandatory skills:
1. Advanced Web Content Mangement(WCM)/portal skills(v8.5 & v9.0).
2. On site assistance to trouble shoot an issue with “Web content that appears to be expiring without being invokedmanually or through a defined workflow stage”.
3. Review of customers current “Portal/WCM workflow process/stages” (implemented 5 years ago) to determine any issues and if best suited to latest DX/Portal release.
4. Perform generic WCM/Portal Health Check.
Preferred Skills:
1. Experience designing and deploying an IBM Portal environment.
2. Experience determining route cause for issues reported with IBM Portal production environments.
3. Experience troubleshooting and determining whether the issue identified is a software defect or custom code defect and providing recommendations for resolution on both issues.
4. Experience supporting large production deployments of IBM Portal software.
