Experience
Actively participate in planning, coordinating, and deploying the Windows 10 Enterprise operating systems and applications for clients
Set up, configure hardware/ software
Provide technical support to end users after migration as needed
Ability to troubleshoot and communicate escalations to senior resources
Assist with asset management – tagging and tracking of inventroyy
Ability to relay technical information to both technical and non technical personnel
Strong written/ verbal communications skills, critical thinking, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work in flexible environment based on customer scheduling requirements
