Mandatory Skillset: we need someone who has worked on the incontact platform as a developer.

·         Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.

·         2+ years’ experience as a Business/Systems Analyst for projects related to IVR design field in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

·         InContact Platform Knowledge

·         Good Understanding of Database Querying Languages like SQL in Oracle Database

·         Good Understanding of Object Oriented Programming Languages

·         Good Understanding of Enterprise Software Integrations from the IVR Systems

·         Understanding of Cloud Concepts for Web Services

·         Speech application tuning

·         IVR Call Flow Configuring on Contact Center as a service systems

·         Ability to interact with a diverse group of internal and external clients.

·         Experience in multiple Contact Center Technology domains including expertise in current IVR and speech recognition standards, CTI and Call Routing (inbound and/or outbound).

·         Strong communication skills to accurately represent and convey information both in verbal and written form.

·         Telecom and/or wireless industry experience preferred.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook.

·         Visio knowledge for Call flow designs.

·         Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

·         Excellent interpersonal skills; team player.
