Experience: 4+ Years

 Job Description:

·  At least 3+ years of working experience in MLC

·  Should be proficient in Unix

·  Should be proficient in SQL

·  Should have above average communication skills

·  Should have previous experience (4 + yrs preferred) in application support

·  Should have exposure to Agile framework

·  Should be familiar with incident management

·  Should be familiar with release management

·  Should have experience in Deployment support

·  Should have experience in batch monitoring

·  Experience in banking domain is desirable/preferred

·  Willing to work in shifts & on weekends as required for support
