– 5+ year of experience in Network and security
– Network and security infrastructure in-depth knowledge
– Coordinate with Application and customer network/ security team
– Resolve the application connectivity issue
– Good understanding of SDLC
– Good understanding on cloud, servers, DB
– Understand the network and security topology and suggest application team for proactive resolution of application connectivity issues
– Understands ITIL
– Understand change management and participate in changes along with team
