SDWAN low level designer

  • SDWAN low level design, staging, monitoring of shipment of equipment, coordination of hands and feet on respective installation sites, provisioning, change request, firmware upgrade and documentation of SDWAN deployment
  • Work together with Customer Solution team to understand customer requirement and produce Low level solution design document
  • Involve in the proof of concept lab prior of deployment of configuration o Staging and configuration of equipment prior to the shipment
  • Monitoring and tracking the shipment of equipment to ensure it is delivered on time for deployment
  • Coordination of hands and feet to respective installation sites.
  • Perform end to end circuit testing and troubleshooting if required with End Customers
  • Analysis of change request and performed the change request within the standard change request configuration guideline independently.
  • Analysis of change request and work with Level 3 engineer or Product Engineer for non standard change request and perform the deployment as per guideline of Level 3/Product Engineer with relevant change request approval from Customer and Singtel CAB.
  • Perform firmware upgrade to address vulnerability or features upgrade as required by Engineering, Customer , or Security assessment guideline
  • Technical POCs and provide end to end troubleshooting if issues during provisioning activities

Domain Knowledge requirement

  • 5+ years of Implementation and operational experience in SDWAN technology(Cisco Viptela , Meraki experience). Previous mandatory projects.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
  • SDWAN certification added advantage
  • SDWAN configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Troubleshooting Experience on Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols like STP, RSTP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP
  • WAN: MPLS,  L3 VPN’s, IPSec, VPNs, ACL’s, NAT
