Position: Voice / Video Support Analyst
Work Location: Bangalore
Duration: 6-12 months Contract to Hire
Experience: 5+years
Experience with Cisco Call Manager and Unity , IM & Presence required
• Experience with working with TAC (opening cases, following up cases, following TAC direction)
• Experience in Voice gate way (H323 and SIP , MGCP) and Analog gateways
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills in Voice gateway and CUCM
• Experience with Cisco IP Contact Center would be advantageous
• Experience with traditional analogue voice PBX and multiplex systems would be advantageous
• Experience with TelePresence would be advantageous
• Experience with UCS, VMWare and Ticketing tool
• Current Voice / Networking related Cisco certifications are highly desired (CCNA Voice or CCNA Collaboration or CCVP, CCNP Voice, Cisco Voice and Unified Communications Administration (ICOMM), etc.
• Effective communicator: The ability to document procedures, communicate issues, transfer knowledge
• Excellent time management and work prioritization skills
• Ability to work across cultural boundaries globally
• Customer focused
• Team player requiring minimal supervision, with ability to draw on the expertise and knowledge of the team to deliver the best solutions
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
